In this article I look at several free applications for Android and iOS which I think essential for aiding your weight loss efforts. I have tried these and used them myself and found they are all beneficial to achieving your weightloss and fitness goals.

Weight loss and fitness apps can be downloaded to your mobile device or tablet and used to track various lifestyle habits, such as calorie intake and exercise. By tracking over time you can visually see how you are improving and gain insights into trends which may not be beneficial.
