Yeovilton Air Show 2008
RNAS Yeovilton Air Day is an annual airshow held at the Fleet Air Arm's base at RNAS Yeovilton (HMS Heron) in Somerset.
The event held on Saturday 5th July 2008 highlights the role of the Royal Navy in the 21st century including protection of sea lanes, intelligence gathering, counter narcotics, delivering humanitarian aid, peacekeeping and, ultimately, war-fighting.
