Goodyear Wrangler Tires and Bumperettes on my Defender
With rough winter weather on the horizon, I thought it would be a good idea to invest in a decent set of tires to go on my Defender, just in case the forecast is actually accurate for once.
I went with the Goodyear Wrangler all-terrain tires as they have really good reviews and my brother in law has used them in the past and really highly regards them. Although in short supply at the moment, I was able to get a set from Black Circles at a very good price.
I've also fitted some Terrafirma bumperettes on the rear to help protect the aluminium body corners which can get damaged really easily. I found a bargain on eBay and got the pair ex-display for less than half the price of a new set. They were fitted really easily once the old bolts had been removed, a process which took most of the day.
Starting to look like a proper Land Rover now!
